Water must be FIRST in emergency preparedness. Even in the majority of the food preparation instructions comes the important phrase, “Just Add Water”. “No water” is defined as not having any source of water at all to the loss of “safe” drinking water. Unsafe drinking water can be deadly.
- START WITH WATER STORAGE (because you may not have access to another water supply during a disaster)
- But also have a WATER PURIFICATION device
- And ultimately CREATE YOUR OWN WATER supply
